GMT-Master II super clones: the bezel is everything

On a GMT-Master II the two-colour ceramic bezel is the part that gives away a weak clone instantly. On a genuine piece the colour split is dead sharp at both 6 and 18, the ceramic is glossy without being glassy, and the engraved numerals are filled level with the surface rather than sitting proud of it. Cheap copies fade the boundary or use an aluminium insert painted to look like ceramic.
