First off, customer service was beyond excellent. Email questions were returned either the same day or the next. Shipping was prompt. 7 days from ordering to delivery. Product was packaged very securely. The watch itself is stunning! I couldn't be more happier.

Habe meine Rolex Submariner Date als Superclone vor vier Tagen erhalten und zwei gravierende "Mängel" festgestellt, die eine sofortige Identifizierung als "Replica" ermöglichen: 1. Die Ziffern leuchten so gut wie gar nicht (ist aber für eine Taucheruhr besonders wichtig). 2. Die Datumsanzeige wird nicht exakt mittig angezeigt (Abstand oben und unten). Alleine diese zwei Mängel ergeben keinen "Superclone".

A very quality product, just a small detail reproach is regarding the package of the product, even dough i did not payed for a opțional box for my watch, they could have putted in a small and basic box, not in a small plastic bag. Watch looks great and so does the Swiss movement, so much like the authentic movement but not exact like they state.
