At Grand Watch Club, we offer complimentary worldwide shipping on every order — no minimum purchase required. Every timepiece is carefully packaged and shipped with full tracking so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

We work with trusted international carriers including DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your timepiece arrives safely and on time with end-to-end tracking.
Order Processing
- Once payment is confirmed, your order goes through final QC inspection.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link once your order has been dispatched.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or product descriptions visible on the exterior. The sender name on the label will appear as a generic business name.

Every order from Grand Watch Club includes:

- QC certificate & warranty card
- Papers and accessories

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can track your package by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email (works for all customers, including guests)
- Logging into your account and going to Order Tracking under My Account
- Visiting the carrier website directly with your tracking number
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@grandwatchclub.com.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery — such as delays, a missing package, or damage — please contact our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Restricted Destinations
We currently do not ship to Switzerland. For all other destinations not listed above, please contact us for a shipping quote and estimated delivery time.
