Why Richard Mille is the hardest brand to clone
A Richard Mille is a skeleton watch in a tonneau case, which means the movement is the dial. There is nowhere for a shortcut to hide. The three-part case has to line up across curved surfaces, the case screws are spline-drive rather than ordinary torx, and the strap has to follow the case curvature exactly or the watch will not sit flat on the wrist.
