Our Returns Promise
At Grand Watch Club, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 14-day returns and exchange policy from the date you receive your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The watch must be in its original, unworn condition — no scratches, marks, or signs of wear.
- All original packaging, box, papers, tags, and accessories must be included.
- The protective stickers and films must still be intact (if originally applied).
Warranty vs Returns
Returns (change of mind): Use our 14-day return policy above if you simply wish to return an unworn item.
Warranty claims (manufacturing defects): If your watch has a defect within 12 months of purchase, contact us for a warranty repair or replacement — this is separate from the 14-day return window. Email sales@grandwatchclub.com with photos and your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
- Watches that have been worn, resized, or altered in any way.
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us — Email sales@grandwatchclub.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
- Receive Approval — Once your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions and a return authorisation number.
- Ship Your Item — Pack the watch securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a tracked & insured service.
- Receive Your Refund — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your watch for a different model, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty / Incorrect Items: We will cover the full cost of return shipping and send a prepaid return label.
- Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
Refund Processing
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- PayPal / Other: 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your watch arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping.
