What is the Super Clone Quality Guarantee?
Every watch from Grand Watch Club is a premium super clone — QC inspected before dispatch. You receive the full set: watch, presentation box, papers, and warranty card. We stand behind our quality with a 12-month Grand Watch Club warranty on manufacturing defects.
What happens after I place an order?
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately. For card payments, your order is processed right away. For PayPal or bank transfer, you will receive payment instructions within 1 hour. Once payment is confirmed, your watch goes through final QC and is dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will then receive a shipping email with your tracking link. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (instant, 3D Secure protected), PayPal (secure payment link emailed within 1 hour — complete within 24 hours), and direct bank transfer (full details sent after you place your order).
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes — free worldwide shipping on every order. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. See our Shipping Information page for regional delivery times.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, we email you a tracking link. You can also log in to your account and go to Order Tracking. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
What is your return policy?

Do watches come with warranty?
Yes — every watch includes a 12-month Grand Watch Club QC warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
What comes in the box?
Your timepiece in a premium presentation box, QC certificate & warranty card, papers, microfibre cloth, and protective travel pouch.
