Ingenieur: a Genta design, judged like one
The Ingenieur belongs to the same family of 1970s integrated-bracelet sports watches as the Royal Oak and the Nautilus, and it is judged on the same terms: bezel geometry, bracelet taper, case finishing. Its bezel carries five functional bores, and they must be evenly spaced and actually recessed rather than printed circles.
The dial uses a fine grid pattern that, like the Royal Oak Tapisserie, has to be machined rather than stamped flat. Our Ingenieur super clones run 40 mm in steel and titanium.
