Our Returns Promise
At Grand Watch Club, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 14-day returns and exchange policy from the date you receive your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The watch must be in its original, unworn condition β no scratches, marks, or signs of wear.
- All original packaging, box, papers, tags, and accessories must be included.
- The protective stickers and films must still be intact (if originally applied).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Watches that have been worn, resized, or altered in any way.
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us β Email us at support@grandwatchclub.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
- Receive Approval β Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorisation number.
- Ship Your Item β Pack the watch securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a tracked & insured service. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) or DHL Express (international).
- Receive Your Refund β Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5β7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your watch for a different model or style, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your new timepiece as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty / Incorrect Items: We will cover the full cost of return shipping and send a prepaid return label.
- Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5β7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- PayPal / Other: 3β5 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (N/A for free shipping orders).
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your watch arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping.
