All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). We accept payments via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and Pay By Bank through our secure payment processor, Mollie. Payment is taken at the time of placing your order. All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption.

5. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information or pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times vary by location:

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to the original payment method.

8. Warranty

All watches purchased from Grand Watch Club come with our quality assurance. If you experience any manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, please contact us and we will arrange a repair or replacement at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water damage, or normal wear and tear.
